Please don’t send medical information by email
Email is not a secure way to send health information. To message your care team securely, request refills, or view results, use the healow patient portal. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
What we collect on this website
This is a static informational website. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on it, we do not set our own cookies, and there are no forms that ask you for personal or medical information. You can read every page without giving us anything about yourself.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time — for security and reliability. We use these only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
Third-party services this site uses
A few parts of the site load from other companies. When your browser requests those files, that company can see your IP address and basic request details. Their own privacy policies apply.

eClinicalWorks and healow
Our “Book Now”, provider booking, and patient portal links leave this website and open eClinicalWorks’ healow service. Anything you enter there is governed by that service’s terms and privacy policy, and by our Notice of Privacy Practices — eClinicalWorks is a business associate of Elderberry Health under a signed Business Associate Agreement.
We also display a live count of patients served, which loads a single number from Google Cloud Storage. It contains no information about any individual patient.
Links to other sites
This site links to insurers, health agencies, and our patient portal. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate. Please read their policies before sharing information with them.
Children
This website is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect information from children.
Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors across websites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to turn off.
Changes to this policy
