Steven oversees day-to-day operations at Elderberry Health, making sure patients receive high-quality, accessible care in a welcoming and efficient environment. He brings more than two decades of healthcare leadership across clinical operations, personnel management, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement — most of it in U.S. Army healthcare, where he managed outpatient family medicine operations and led clinical teams. At Elderberry Health he played a key role in transitioning the organization to a Rural Health Clinic, building the operational and regulatory framework needed to expand services for the community, and has helped forge local partnerships that bring healthcare and vaccinations directly to where people live. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Purdue University Global, graduating summa cum laude.

Compassionate by nature, she especially enjoys helping patients work through their insurance needs — so if a bill or a benefits question has you stuck, she is a good person to ask for.
